Moose Fire Pump Service sells and services every type of valve on the market:  Akron, Elkhart, Waterous, and Hale. We can sell you a valve kit to repair your own valve or refurbish your valve for you instead of replacing your valve with a new unit. 

Moose Fire Pump Service Refurbish Service includes:

• cleaning of all internal parts,
• sandblasting/cleaning,
• replacement of all O-rings, and
• replacement of valve ball and seat.

Common Signs of a Leaking Valve

• Truck is losing water out of its tank over the course of a few days to a week. This will be your tank to pump and tank filler valves.
  
• Gauges are showing pressure on them when pumping, even if valve is shut.
• Crosslays have water in them or are getting charged even when shut.
